It has  been a long long time since my last posting. But as they say: “never give up”. So I am back, and I am going to try post more regularly, but no promises.

This new period of postings will start with images I took last year on longest day of the year (summer solstice 21st of June). Each year a bunch of people makes a trip to the highest peaks of Faroe Islands, to celebrate and enjoy the sun setting down. This year we made a trip and it was a great experience. We hiked to Slættaratindur (880m) which is highest peak of Faroe Islands. The skies were cloudy and fog was coming and going once we arrived at the top. At first it seemed that the sunset won’t be visible, but in last minutes before the sunset, there was a break through in the clouds, and we were able to see the sun and a beautiful scenery it has created.
